Phase 2 fire alarm replacement in a working 1940s building

A new BS5839-L1 addressable system installed in Maidenhead through evening and night works, keeping the building in daily use.

Parogon are currently delivering Phase 2 works in Maidenhead, replacing the fire alarm system within a building originally constructed in the 1940s.

With much of the building still in daily use, our team are carefully coordinating access and carrying out evening and night works to minimise disruption to staff and visitors.

The project involves a new BS5839-L1 addressable fire alarm system, bringing the building in line with HTM standards, plus fire alarm interfaces, associated builders' works and fire stopping across the main and surrounding outbuildings.
