Fit two buildings' people into one.

A national retailer needed to bring staff from an adjacent building into its head office before that lease ended. Parogon was appointed to maximise occupancy while renewing ageing infrastructure in a live workplace.

National retailer

Move the people as carefully as the walls.

Five phases with churn moves meant every team had a desk when work reached its floor. Noise, isolations and sequence shaped the programme around people who were still working.

Ten floors

New services, new places to meet.

Mechanical and electrical systems were renewed throughout the building. Tea points, collaboration areas and breakout facilities gave each working floor more useful shared space.

Five phases

One workplace

The business moved into one renewed head office without losing continuity through the programme.

Live head office

A live head office, renewed without stopping.

One workplace

Teams were consolidated into a single head office.

Business continuity

Churn moves kept every team operational.

Harder-working floors

New services and shared spaces improved daily use.
